Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons while delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible serving of alcohol.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of drink preparation techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
