The Kings Arms is situated in the pretty village of Cardington. We are a restaurant and pub with a large outside area and beautiful interior. Due to our continued growth following our magnificent refurbishment, we are looking for Full-time or Part-time members of staff to come and join our friendly Front of House team. As Front Of House staff at The Kings Arms, you will be the friendly face our guests remember. You’ll know our menu inside out and recommend your favourites. You'll inject your personality every moment you’re with our guests so that they love to come back time and time again.
You need to be smartly presented, enthusiastic, and have an outgoing personality. Experience is preferred but not essential, but perfect English is necessary. We are looking for people that have an interest in food and drink, are passionate about great service, and who can make our guests experience that little bit special.

Our part time members of staff work between 1-4 shifts a week and will need to be available to work during our busier shifts, which are either on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
For the right candidates, we offer a basic hourly rate with tips on top, which works out at £12 - £16 per hour depending on age. We have a fully structured training system to help you develop further in your career if you wish, as well as a bank of company perks.
