What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers):
- Leading shifts like a boss – calm, collected, and in control.
- Keeping the floor & bar running like a well-oiled (cocktail) machine.
- Being a friendly, go-to support for the team and making sure service is on point.
- Welcoming guests like old friends and solving any hiccups with a smile.
- Helping train new starters and keeping the standards sky-high.
- Jumping in wherever needed – bar, floor, you name it.
- Keeping things clean, safe, and compliant (we love fun, not fines).
- Assisting with stock checks, orders, and day-to-day essentials.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience as a supervisor or senior team member in a restaurant/bar setting.
- A cool head under pressure and a warm heart for guests & team alike.
- Confidence behind the bar and on the floor – you know your stuff.
- Team player energy with a bit of sparkle and leadership flair.

Pay: £24,948.00-£26,028.00 per year
