This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual as you will be required to provide a friendly and courteous service in all areas of our restaurant and bar.

Responsibilities:
- · To serve customers in an efficient, polite, professional, friendly and open way to maximise their enjoyment of the visit.
- · To set up and prepare for service.
- · To ensure that all equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware and linen is properly cared for and maintained at the required level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- · To have a thorough knowledge of the menu and to be able to describe dishes to customers.
- · To take customer orders accurately and to follow through all the steps of service to ensure customers have everything they need.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bistro or public house would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
- Passionate about great drinks, fresh food and customer service
- Have an outgoing, positive personality and a true people focused approach
24 hours per week to include weekends and some bank holidays (3 shifts per week)
The shifts are to be worked 3 days out of 7, candidates must be flexible on the days of the week they are able to work, in order to cover all available shifts.
