Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar team and general assistant to join our complex team in bar & our Pizza outlet. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Subsidised accommodation on site for the season is available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations when needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist in restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Skills
- Previous experience in bartending or food retail environments is highly desirable.
- Strong hospitality skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments effectively.
- Effective time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is an advantage.
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
