Female Bank Support Worker – Zero Hours - Day Shifts
£13.06 per hour | Location: Handsworth, Birmingham

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable Female Bank Support Worker to join our team at Act Care Support Ltd. You’ll support young people with mental health needs and complex behaviour needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.
What you’ll do:
- Provide personal care and daily living support.
- Encourage independence through person-centred support plans.
- Support with health needs (medication, appointments).
- Promote engagement in social, leisure, and community activities.
- Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures.
What we’re looking for:
- Caring, patient, and positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and reliable.
- Experience in care is desirable but not essential.
- Driving licence is desirable.
