Responsibilities include:
- Making cookie dough from scratch for our Ice-Cream Sandwiches.
- Preparing a variety of items, including marshmallow, salted caramel and ganache, all as part of our Ice-Cream Sandwich process.
- Assembling our Ice-Cream Sandwiches and wrapping them by hand.
- Baking brownies from scratch.
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised at all times.
- An understanding of food safety processes.
- Maintaining a high standard of production.
Skills:
- Basic baking experience required.
- Good attention to detail.
- Keeping a positive attitude.
- The ability to follow recipes to specification.
- The ability to adapt to varying levels of demand.
- The ability to work well as a part of a team but also as an individual as this role requires the two.
- The ability to communicate effectively.
