Bakery Assistant – Whitburn
We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our busy bakery in Whitburn.
Hours & Days:
- 30+ hours per week
- 6 days a week – including full shift Saturdays and half shift Sundays
- Shifts start at 12:00pm or 1:00pm
- Full shifts finish at 7:30pm, half shifts finish at 4:00pm
- 20-minute paid break on shifts of 6+ hours
Duties include:
- Making rolls
- Cleaning and tidying the workspace
- Assisting with general bakery tasks
Requirements:
- Previous bakery experience preferred, but full training can be provided
- Local candidates preferred (due to half shifts)
- Could suit someone with children in high school, as most hours are during school time
- The more skills and ability you bring, the better the pay
