Shake & Bake is seeking two motivated and dependable Kitchen Assistants to join our team. These part-time roles focus on hot food preparation and grill cooking within a supportive and fast-paced kitchen environment.
Morning Bakery Assistant
- Working any 2/3 days from Monday to Friday
- Hours: 6:15 AM – 2:15 PM
- Approximate weekly hours: 23
- Prior experience with grill cooking is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard, with emphasis on grill work
- Assist with daily food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience cooking on a grill
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible days within designated shift windows
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well within a team environment
