We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Back of House Team Member to join our busy and friendly team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly and takes pride in creating a clean, organised, and well-prepared environment for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including salads, and homemade syrups.
- Prepare ingredients to support the front-of-house team during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and prep areas.
- Wash dishes and equipment to a high standard.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has great attention to detail and can work quickly without cutting corners.
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Is reliable, punctual, and a real team player.
- Has previous kitchen or café experience (preferred, but training will be given).
