Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and a real eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle is presented in pristine condition. This role involves cleaning, polishing, and refining vehicles to enhance their appearance and maintain high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash, wax, and polish vehicles to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Vacuum and shampoo interiors, including carpets and upholstery, to remove dirt and stains.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces for clarity.
- Apply protective coatings to various vehicle surfaces as required.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or defects that may need attention.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work vehicle and all detailing equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driving licence preferred
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results in an efficient timescale.
- Enthusiastic to learn all skills required for the role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting equipment or materials as necessary.
