Sutton-in-Ashfield | 4.5 Hours Daily- Mon-Fri (22.5 hours)
We’re looking for a reliable and personable Service Receptionist to join our busy front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
- Book vehicles in for services, MOT, and vehicle repairs
- Provide pricing information and job estimates
- Handle payments and issue receipts
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and returns
- Maintain a tidy and efficient reception area
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident using a computer and workshop office booking systems
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
- Previous experience in a service reception or customer-facing role is essential
