Grade and Salary: £7.55 per hour, giving a salary of £12,473 per annum
Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days)
Contract term: Fixed term – 18 month apprenticeship
The School:
The Manor Academy has an excellent reputation for its high standards of teaching, student behaviour and academic achievement. Ofsted recognised the journey we have been on when grading us as a “good” school, citing that the quality of education has been transformed since the previous inspection.
The role:
The Manor Academy are looking to appoint an Apprentice to join their Attendance Team. This is a new role who will support with keeping records up to date, communicating with parents/carers, working with students with low attendance and general administration. The post holder will be registered with an Apprenticeship Provider who will also offer training, and you will receive a Level 3 qualification on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
The person:
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be a confident IT user and have strong self-organisation skills. Experience in using Microsoft Office software is essential. Candidates will need to hold Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths to be registered onto the apprenticeship, or the ability to achieve this.
