The Assurance and Performance Team, working with others across the council, ensures a high level of corporate governance compliance by developing and embedding corporate standards in areas such as business planning, operational performance monitoring and service risk registers.
The Assurance and Performance Officer role will undertake policy development, strategic planning of a range of activities associated with contract assurance and other assurance and performance projects in partnership with internal professionals.
Researching, collating activity-based evidence and compiling reports to be presented at a senior level.
