We are looking for a graduate-level Associate Scientific Advisor to support the Transplant Franchise medical team. This role offers a mix of hands-on project involvement and exposure to strategic medical activities. The successful candidate will contribute to elements of the medical plan, scientific content development, and educational initiatives, while learning from experienced mentors in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Support the Medical Advisor in providing scientific expertise in the therapy area and deputise when needed
- Review new scientific publications and ensure up-to-date messaging across materials
- Adapt global scientific content for local use and support medical education event delivery
- Create and review medical content in PromoMats and assist in efficient material review processes
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and compliance requirements, including Sanofi and industry codes
- Promote a safe and compliant working environment by following Sanofi procedures and policies
- Participate in relevant scientific congresses and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
About you
- Educational background in life sciences or related field (graduate-level role)
- Strong interest in medical affairs, scientific communication, and project management
- Attention to detail and commitment to ethical standards and compliance
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional setting
- Willingness to learn and engage in a structured mentoring environment
- Proficient in English
