We are looking for a hardworking and organised person to work in this varied role within our school. We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Assistant Pastoral Support Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the emotional, social, and behavioral well-being of our students. You will work closely with the pastoral team to help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where all students feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.
