Executive Office drives the implementation of the Bank’s strategic initiatives and core operations by offering robust support to Senior Management and various departments. As an Executive Assistant - Mandarin Speaking, you will be responsible for managing Executive Office’s related IT projects to enhance the digitalisation and automation of processes. You will also be responsible for providing executive support to Management. This is a full time permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the Executive Office’s IT platforms and manage the relevant upgrades
- Liaise with IT department to promptly resolve issues and address any operational needs; handle the daily user management of related platforms, including user creation, modification and deletion
- Carry out assigned administrative and executive responsibilities, including providing day-to-day administrative support to the EMC and circulation of documents
- Cover other colleagues during their absence if required
- Ensure that all activities meet the Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and other regulatory and mandatory requirements at all times
Requirements
- Degree educated in IT, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing
- Experience in IT or executive support
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player who is able to work independently
- Highly organised with ability to multitask
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
