We are looking for a dependable and energetic Asst Head Housekeeper to join our team. The role is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the company headquarters. Our Asst Head Housekeeper will plan and implement daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal cleaning schedules, assist with special projects as required and maintain communication with employees to ensure their needs are met. This position requires an individual who is highly responsible and can work independently while also communicating effectively with staff members and support Head Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the cleaning staff by reviewing room status reports.
- Enforce cleaning policies and procedures.
- Hire, train, and supervise housekeepers.
- Ensure that all employees comply with safety standards.
- Train employees in the proper use and care of equipment.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to all guests.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and guests.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
