We have various roles available for a a variety of skilled operatives.
Agreed rate of pay and offer is subject to completing a trail day to assess skill set.
Minimum of two year experience for Lead Climber Role.

Candidates must have, 201(CS30), 202(CS31) as a minimum.

THE POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Pay: Competitive & Negotiable depending on position, experience, and skill set.

- Groundsman with Aerial Rescue

- Lead Climber
** Additional rates available for operatives with C+E Wagon Licence, Excavator inline with the desired job role. ***
- Hours: 40-45 Hours per week, Monday – Friday
- Weekend Overtime Available at Time and 1/2

THE PERSON
- Proactive member of staff with a passion for arboriculture.
- Strong team working ethic essential The candidate will need to be flexible and reliable with a thorough knowledge of all aspect of tree work, ground, and aerial.
- Candidate must be comfortable and experienced undertaking arboricultural duties including tree pruning, dismantling & felling along with guiding other team members in their operations.
- Nature of work requires the candidate to hold relevant industry qualifications such as NPTC certificates: 201(CS30), 202(CS31), 206/306(CS38) , 308(CS39). - NVQ in Arboriculture or equivalent is preferable but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid CSCS card would be an advantage.
- A full UK Driving licence is essential, preferably with B + E Trailer experience.
- Candidate must have a positive attitude towards Health & Safety regulations.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate competent climbing skills and will be required to undertake a paid trail day before being awarded the position to ensure. 1*. You are suitable for the position. 2. You are great fit for the team . 3. *This is the right position for you
