We are looking for a motivated and creative Apprentice Production Assistant to join our production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about video production and storytelling to gain hands-on experience while working towards a professional qualification.
You’ll support the team in the planning, filming, editing, and delivery of video content across a range of projects—from social media clips and promotional videos to interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating video, lighting, and sound equipment on shoots
- Support pre-production activities such as location scouting, shot planning, and script preparation
- Help organize and maintain video assets, equipment, and hard drives
- Log footage and assist in basic video editing tasks using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
- Participate in brainstorming and planning meetings
- Manage file backups and ensure media is properly labeled and archived
- Provide general administrative support to the production team
- Ensure shoots run smoothly by assisting with scheduling, equipment transport, and on-set tasks

- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus
- An interest in storytelling and visual creativity
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Flexible, positive attitude with a proactive approach
