Alternative Provision Lead
Location: Ashby de la Zouch
Hours: 4 days per week (potential to increase to 5) – Term time only
Pay: £24 per hour
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Alternative Provision Lead to join our team in Ashby de la Zouch. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in leading, developing and growing a high-quality alternative provision for young people who need a supportive and tailored approach to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the provision.
- Deliver a small number of teaching hours each week.
- Create a positive, safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive.
- Work with staff, parents and external professionals to ensure individual needs are met.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the provision.
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant experience in education, alternative provision or working with young people with additional needs.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- The ability to engage and inspire students.
- Flexibility and resilience.
