Aero Valet is a leading provider of aircraft cleaning and detailing services to private jet operators, commercial airlines, MROs, and FBOs across the UK. We deliver the highest standards in aircraft presentation and work with some of the industry’s most respected names.
We are looking for self-employed Aircraft Cleaning Operatives to support our growing operations.
Role Overview:
You will carry out interior and exterior cleaning of various aircraft types, ensuring they meet the exacting standards of our clients. This is a hands-on role working in hangar and airside environments with a focus on precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior aircraft cleaning, including deep cleans, dry washes, brightwork polishing, and technical cleaning.
- Work alongside Aero Valet colleagues and client engineering teams in hangar and airside environments.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company SOPs and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain and prepare cleaning equipment and products to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Flexible approach to working hours – shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Willingness to travel to airports across the UK and work away from home frequently (travel and accommodation provided).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Previous experience in aviation, cleaning, or detailing is preferred but not essential (training provided).
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Ability to pass airport security vetting, including a criminal record check and 5-year work history verification.
- MEWPS Certification - IPAF 3A/B
