Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various installation tasks across multiple domains. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and equipment, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Perform installations of various products and systems in accordance with specifications and company standards.
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete installation tasks effectively.
- Conduct plumbing and carpentry work as required during the installation process.
- Assemble components accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
- Carry out heavy lifting and manoeuvring of materials as necessary for installation projects.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that may arise during installations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in installation roles or similar positions is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other relevant machinery.
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
- Experience in plumbing, carpentry, or assembly is an advantage.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) regularly throughout the day.
- A valid driving licence
- Certification in Unvented Hot Water Cylinders

- Experience in installing air source heat pumps and Gas Safe standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
