Minors & Brady are seeking someone experienced in customer service or sales to join our local, multi-award winning estate agency. The ideal candidate will be positive, driven and offer an obsessive approach to giving superb customer service. The role will involve helping guide a buyer and seller from sale agreed, all the way through to completion. As selling a property can be a stressful process, it is imperative to help those moving throughout the process, right to the very moment they get their keys. Our aim is to continue to offer home movers a personable approach, whilst being extremely proactive in any market conditions.
Your role will involve speaking to solicitors, mortgage companies, other estate agents involved in the chains, and of course our clients. This role will involve communicating via e-mail, telephone and in person. Estate agency experience is preferred, but if not then customer service or previous sales experience is essential in succeeding in this career path. Full training will be provided in-house.
This role is 100% office based, therefore a driving licence is not essential but preferred. The right candidate will be given the option of which office they wish to work from space permitting.
