The Adviser - Community Hub and Services, London will facilitate the daily operations of the community hub, supporting the delivery of essential services and programs to the public. This role involves coordinating activities, liaising with community members, and fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment. The role will also provide vital administrative and process support across the services portfolio. This role will be office based full time within our Head Office in Stratford, London.
Permanent, full time (35 hours a week)

About the role
In this role, you will:
- Support and coordinate community hub activities within the community facility at Scope’s Head Office in Stratford, London.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to our community services in London.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to other teams within the Services Directorate.
- Support the community teams in London to develop and implement programs and events that meet the needs of community members.
- Where necessary, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, both within Scope and externally.
- Provide support to our community services in London to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community services and programs.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in working in a face to face, customer led environment.
- Experience in community services or related field.
- Experience in managing a community hub or similar setting would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of community needs and dynamics.
- Proven experience of event planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT and administration skills.
