As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Mortgage Administrator to join our dedicated team.
The Role:
As a Part-Time Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage advisors and ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receive cases from Advisors, check documents and complete compliance
- Liaising with lenders, clients, and other third parties to gather necessary documentation and chase progress.
- Maintaining accurate client records and application files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handling incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting with general office administration tasks as required.
- Ensuring all compliance procedures are followed diligently.
About You:
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, organised, and has a keen eye for detail.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A meticulous approach to data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional and discreet manner when handling sensitive client information.
