This job would be suitable for someone with experience working independently and responsibly in a professional environment. They will be familiar with using excel, confident with basic maths, with a good attention to detail. The ideal candidate with have had experience working in a nursery & have experience using nursery systems such as EY Log
Hours/Contracts Available
starting from 20 hours per week, ideally across 4 days however can be flexible on how the hours fall in the week.
Roles and responsibilities
· Allocating payments – Allocating payments to each child's monthly invoice
· Nursery Admissions – Leading the admission process, in conjunction with our setting for new families
· Waiting List Administration – Maintaining our waiting lists and liaising with new and perspective parents about availability
· Occupancy Administration – Ensuring regular attendance information for children is recorded accurately
· Early Education Funding Administration – Sending out and collating funding administration and submitting necessary information on a termly basis as required by the Local Authority.
· Other Relevant Projects and Administration
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13,000.00-£14,000.00 per year
