Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Healthcare Homes are recruiting for an Administrator to work at our care home, Handford House, in Ipswich.
With a proven history in administration, you will be responsible for providing support to the Manager across a variety of functions including maintaining employee records, compiling reports, assisting our residents family with any queries and general administrative tasks such as filing, letter writing and diary management. Some flexibility on the hours may be required as there are occasional family meetings which may require you to work until 7pm.
The ideal candidate will be organised with good communication skills and attention to detail. You will be be able to demonstrate commitment to the role and be on hand to support where required to deliver excellent service to stakeholders and colleagues.

Here at Handford House we provide Nursing, Respite, Dementia and Palliative care for elderly people in Ipswich, Suffolk. The home is located close to the town centre and easily accessible via bus.
The team here work had to make sure every residents individual needs are met, even down to redecorating their rooms to their specific tastes. They work incredibly hard to ensure they are providing the best quality of care possible and enjoy spending time with one another.
