Salary - £16,080 + excellent benefits

Part time 24 hours a week

Shifts (07:00 - 15:30, 07:30- 16:00, 08:00 - 16:30, 08:30 - 17:00) -working days are set to Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays

Role Overview

To ensure all reception and administrative activities in the Bupa centre are carried out efficiently and effectively.

You'll help us make health happen by:

  • Completing all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

  • Offering an outstanding customer service experience

  • Contributing fully to the team and the team goals

  • Ensuring compliance with all operational control standards i.e. quality standards, clinical governance, and legal requirements

  • Ensuring safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers while in the centre

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Customer service experience

  • Administrative background

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Computer literate - proficient in MS Office packages

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team
