Job Description:
As an Administrator at Drift Limits Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around processing online orders, managing customer enquiries, and providing assistance with procuring parts for our company vehicles. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process online orders and ensure accurate fulfilment within designated timeframes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with procurement tasks, including sourcing and ordering parts for our company vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions in our internal systems.
- Manage the bookings calendar to ensure efficiency on the running days.
- Handle customer complaints to ensure an amicable resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services to our customers.
- Assist with reception cover where needed.
- Send out regular marketing emails to customers.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
Working Hours and Compensation:
This is a full-time position, requiring 5 days a week.
Thursday to Sunday: 08:00-17:00 with a one hour lunch break.
Holiday entitlement of 28 days including bank holidays.
