Administration & Scheduling Officer
MCT is a long established charitable organisation providing accessible transport services for individuals and groups within the local community. We have a small team based at Waterlip / Shepton Mallet who manage our fleet of minibuses and co-ordinate our volunteer car drivers.
We are looking to recruit someone to undertake scheduling and general office administration duties. Including:
· Answering the telephone , dealing with enquiries
· Taking booking requests from passengers for the Slinky Bus Service
· Co-ordinating driver and passenger schedules
· Accurately recording journey details on the management system (CTX)
. Arranging hospital car transport
· Undertaking general office administration activities and any other duties as required to support the operation
Skills required:
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide range of people
· Good teamwork and collaboration skills
· General knowledge and understanding of IT and data entry
· ‘Can do’ attitude
Full Training will be provided
