We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our Debt Recoveries team in our Banbury office.

Job Role
This varied role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and approachable team, working with highly experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors.
Responsibilities of the role would include, but are not limited to:
o Setting up new clients
o Completing the daily import of new instructions and attaching to files
o Scanning Daily post and allocating to the file.
o Entering claims on the system
o Update client details
o Assisting with the onboarding process i.e Smartsearch
o Processing Daily Bacs payments
o Ensuring cheques are collected and signed
o Weekly payouts to agents and clients if needed
o Support with Billing and Sending Invoices
o Carrying out Land registry searches when required
o Assisting members of the team where necessary
o Trace system
o Data Validation
