Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant / Administration Assistant to support the Director and help with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a flexible, part-time role that would suit someone looking to work a few hours per week—perfect for someone seeking supplementary income or balancing other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support to the Director
- Creating care plans/ risk assessments
- Assisting the Director on new client meetings in the Warwickshire area
- Filing and data entry tasks
- Use Bright HR system, training will be provided
- Occasional errands or support with ad hoc projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous admin or PA experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Discreet and professional, with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently
- A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to help
- A DBS check is preferred but will be completed if not
- Assist during staff reviews
Important Notes:
- This is not a full-time role. Hours will vary between 5 to 10 per week depending on the needs of the business.

- The rate of pay is from £12.21 per hour.
- This is a fully remote role.
Please be aware, this will not be solely evening based as you must be available during daytime hours for any required duties.
