Job Summary
To deliver robust and high quality administrative and operational support to the Legal Service department and contribute to the general success of the business.
Core Responsibilities
· Monitor department inboxes and action emails
· Printing and posting documents
· Collecting, filling and shredding incoming post
· Inputting data as required
· Maintaining spread sheet data
· Photocopying, filing, scanning documents
· Collating bundles of documents both electronically & hard copies
· Copying discs, extracting information, encrypting discs, downloading medical radiology records
· Downloading full file prints
· Other Ad Hoc requests for administrative support
· To undertake any other tasks as deemed relevant and reasonable by the business.
Key Performance Indicators
Your KPIs and Objectives will be discussed and agreed with you on a one-to-one basis. You will have regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager to review your performance against these objectives and identify any areas for development and/or required support.
Person Specification
Essential
· Competent working with a case management system and good knowledge of Excel and Word.
· Ability to work to deadlines and with good time management skills
· Strong awareness of confidentiality and attention to detail
· Customer focused with strong communication skills
· Reliable and punctual with flexibility to cover for team members as required
· Ability to balance workloads and multitask as required
Desirable
· Experience working in a similar role
· Maintains a positive ‘can do’ attitude, self-motivated and uses own initiative.
· Team player who acts as a role model to your colleagues for the Minster Law values.
· Robust - able to deal with changing circumstances and challenging situations whilst still achieving objectives. Ability to work in a changing and fast paced environment.
