We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. Duties
- Provide administrative support, including clerical tasks and data entry.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing queries as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Support the team with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, showcasing strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
