You will possess a strong administrative background and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks.
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organised filing system.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the team with various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment to promote productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using computer systems and software,
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
