We’re a busy, growing locksmith company that’s proud to offer top-notch service with a personal touch. From emergency callouts to large-scale security installs, we do it all—and now we’re looking for someone to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you’re highly organized, great with people, and not afraid to take the lead when needed, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
We’re after a proactive Admin All-Rounder who can take care of the day-to-day office stuff and bring a bit of leadership into the mix. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our operations on track—supporting the team, coordinating schedules, and jumping in wherever needed.
This role is perfect for someone who’s got strong admin chops but also enjoys managing workflows and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Scheduling jobs for our locksmiths and managing their daily runs
- Keeping track of invoices, supplier orders, and office supplies
- Making sure our tools, keys, and materials are ordered and ready when needed
- Assisting with quotes, job reports, and follow-ups
- Supporting the team and helping things run like clockwork
- Spotting ways we can do things better—and helping make it happen
- Pitching in with team coordination and light supervisory duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous admin experience (bonus points if it’s in trades or service-based businesses)
- Great communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and solid time management
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- A self-starter who’s not afraid to take charge when needed
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have (but Not Essential):
- Experience with job booking or field service software
- Basic bookkeeping or accounts experience
- Leadership or team coordination background
What You’ll Get from Us:
- A relaxed but hard-working team who’ve got your back
- Plenty of variety—no two days are the same
- A chance to take ownership and grow with the role
- Staff discounts, social events, and a supportive work culture
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Company events
- Company pension
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
