About Filter Flair
At Filter Flair, we help people take control of their health — starting with the water they drink.
We’re a growing water filtration business based in Salford, supplying premium products to homes, businesses, and trade customers across the UK and beyond. As we scale, we’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and improvement-minded to take ownership of our fulfilment operations — and grow with the business.
About the Role
This is a step-up opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, or admin environment who’s ready for more ownership and impact.
You’ll lead day-to-day fulfilment while also helping improve the systems, workflows, and stock management that power the backend of our business. Over time, this role will grow with you — giving you increasing responsibility and the chance to shape how we operate.

- Receive deliveries, restock inventory, and maintain a well-organised space
- Prepare and dispatch Amazon FBA shipments (labelling, boxing, booking)
- Process returns and help improve the returns workflow
- Greet and assist trade customers on occasion when they visit our warehouse to collect orders — ensuring they’re served efficiently and professionally
Stock & Operational Support
- Conduct cycle counts and regular stock takes
- Ensure product and inventory data is clean and accurate
- Support purchasing and stock reordering as you grow into the role
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- Use tools like Notion, spreadsheets, and automation platforms to streamline operations
