ITV’s hit TV show Ninja Warrior UK has been on our screens since 2015, with Tim Champion finally crowned the UK’s first winner in 2019 scaling the top of Mount Midoriyama against tough opposition from across the world!
PLG have partnered with ITV to create a Ninja Warrior UK activity and fitness venue in Watford which will be geared to appeal to a wide age and ability range.
Our venues are fun, safe, clean and inclusive - enabling all participants to create their own Ninja Warrior UK journeys!
Are you a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, active environment?
We are looking for individuals with an interest in the Leisure Entertainment Industry to work as part-time Activity Hosts.
Our Activities host duties include:
- Leading recreation and leisure activities, handled with exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring that the Company’s policies, procedures, and guidance are followed at all times.
- Making sure that activities area is safe to be used by our customers.
- Being a proactive, friendly and approachable individual who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Delivering high standards of customer service skills and interaction to people of all ages
- To work as part of a team to deliver the standard of service and availability of facilities.
- Conduct general routine maintenance and cleaning duties around the centre to ensure it meets the required standards of cleanliness, security, and Health and Safety.
- You will be responsible for the safety of the customers within the activities area.
- Taking an active role in the sales and promotion of goods or services within the centre - including special activities, bookings and parties.
About you:
- Ideally you will have had some previous customer service/ leisure experience, but training will be given.
- Be committed to providing exceptional customer care
- Have good organisational skills.
- Be friendly and approachable.
- Excellent people skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good team working skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
