Shenstone Hall is a small Residential Care Home in the village of Shenstone.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, cheerful and of an outgoing personality with a zest for life. Is keen to support older people in daily recreational activities individually or as a group. Including mental and physical stimulation. Inside and out of Shenstone Hall premises.
Hours are 09:30 - 12:30 Monday/Wednesday/Friday. We can be flexible on days.
To support residents with hobbies and interests to optimize maximum physical and mental interaction you will be working within the parameters of policies and procedures of the home and health and safety.
You will need to;
DBS checked.
Ensure respect and dignity to every resident.
Demonstrate initiative in daily activities planning.
Keep written records of activities completed and liaise daily with senior staff on plans and events.
Liaise with family and carers as and when required.
Work and plan activities in advance, ensuring all residents are offered involvement. Be confident in working alone and as apart of a team.
Salary: £12.21 per hour
