We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and caring Activities Coordinator to join our dedicated team. We provide high-quality Residential and Dementia care, and we believe every day should be meaningful and fulfilling for our residents.
As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by planning and delivering a varied programme of activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities, and preferences. From group sessions to one-to-one activities, you’ll help create moments of joy, connection, and purpose for everyone in our care.
What we’re looking for:
- A warm, friendly, and compassionate personality, with a genuine passion for supporting older people.
- Creativity and enthusiasm to design and lead engaging activities.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to encourage and involve residents of all abilities.
- Previous experience in a care or activities role is an advantage, but not essential – heart and dedication matter most.
