Accounts Payable Assistant
Job Purpose:
Working in Accounts Payable, you will deliver services as part of an accounting team embedded in the Global Trade business of ADM Agriculture Limited. In this position, you will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and working closely with the Trade Execution department.
Main Responsibilities:
Vendor Invoice Processing
Maintaining the accounts payable (AP) ledger.
Confirming supplier invoices through bookings in trading system - Ultra.
Confirming supplier invoice booking in Netsuite through a purchase order system.
Resolving queries on all invoices and payments in a timely manner.
Reconcilliation of supplier accounts to statements.
Accounts Payable Administration
Monitioring supplier queries and managing joint email mailbox
Monitoring daily reports for internal communication.
Support for gathering audit documentation
Cover other roles in the department as required.
Ad hoc reporting and tasks as required
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Minimum Knowledge and Experience required for the position:
Business administration university degree or equivalent.
Experience with ERP systems like SAP, JDE or Netsuite desired
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to interact with all levels in the organisation.
Willingness to learn.
