Accounts Assistant – Full-time / Part-time (£13 p/h)
Location: Office-based (Kitchen and Brown Accountants Ltd)
Kitchen and Brown Accountants Ltd are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is an office-based role, offering flexibility with both full-time and part-time hours available. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and keen to develop their skills in accountancy and tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing client documents for accuracy and completeness
- Identifying and collating information required for TRs (Tax Returns) and Accounts preparation
- Scanning and uploading documents to DNS systems
- Maintaining and updating records logs
- Assisting with basic tax return preparation
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Basic knowledge of tax/accounting processes (preferred but not essential)
- Confident using computers and document management systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
