Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Accounting Administrator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team! This is a temporary position.- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 40+ hours a week

Key Responsibilities
- Scan and attach customer receiving documents (DSD Slips) to invoices in the accounting system.
- Maintain customer master inbox and complete requests for new customer setup and maintenance.
- Assist accounts receivable team with opening mail on heavy deposit days.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years working in a professional office environment.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation and demonstrated listening skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually and execute in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
