We're hiring an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business and grow strategic accounts for a high-impact observability platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving product company thats helping engineering and DevOps teams improve reliability, performance, and insight across complex systems.
You'll work closely with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and leadership to identify opportunities, run tailored demos, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract close
- Develop a deep understanding of the observability landscape and our product offering
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Run discovery sessions and work with pre-sales to tailor solutions to client needs
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet revenue targets
- Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and outbound campaigns
- Build long-term relationships and identify expansion opportunities within key accounts
What You Need:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in DevOps, infrastructure, or observability tooling
- Strong understanding of modern cloud environments and how engineering teams work
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage or scale-up environment
- Self-motivated and confident running outbound sales processes
