We're hiring an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business and grow strategic accounts for a high-impact observability platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving product company thats helping engineering and DevOps teams improve reliability, performance, and insight across complex systems.

You'll work closely with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and leadership to identify opportunities, run tailored demos, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract close
  • Develop a deep understanding of the observability landscape and our product offering
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Run discovery sessions and work with pre-sales to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet revenue targets
  • Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and outbound campaigns
  • Build long-term relationships and identify expansion opportunities within key accounts

What You Need:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in DevOps, infrastructure, or observability tooling
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud environments and how engineering teams work
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage or scale-up environment
  • Self-motivated and confident running outbound sales processes
