Lettings Viewings & Sales Progression Executive
Location: Office-based with travel to viewings (Full UK Driving Licence Required)
Hours: Full-time
Are you confident, well-organised, and passionate about property? We’re looking for someone personable and proactive to join our team in a dual role covering lettings viewings and sales progression.
Your Role Will Include:
Lettings Viewings
- Conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Engage with potential tenants and communicate feedback effectively
- Support the team in securing quality lets and building relationships with applicants
Sales Progression
- Manage the sales process from offer through to completion
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and brokers to ensure a smooth transaction
- Keep all parties updated and maintain accurate records throughout
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in estate agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with a sharp attention to detail
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential

9am - 5pm
