1st Line Service Desk Associate

What youll be doing:
- Providing fantastic & efficient technical support to users via phone, email, and remote access
- Building rapport and positive relationships with our clients
- Logging, triaging, and working incoming incidents & requests in an ITIL and SLA-based environment
- Basic troubleshooting skills, utilising our extensive knowledge base, team members, and other resources around you
- Escalating tickets to the 2nd line team where further expertise is required
- Keeping up to date with industry trends & technologies
What were looking for:
- A positive, can-do personality
- Great communication and people skills, including written word
- Enthusiasm for IT and a hunger to learn
- A love for solving problems
- Someone whos proactive, organised, and not afraid to ask questions
- Experience in a customer-facing IT role desirable, but not essential
- Qualifications such as ITIL Foundation, AZ900, MS900, or SDI SDA are a bonus but not a requirement
