平台基础运营
负责游戏平台日常运营工作,确保平台功能与内容正常运转;
协助监控平台数据,支持日常数据报表和分析。
活动策划与执行
游戏数据监控与分析,根据游戏节奏和玩家行为设计游戏内活动,追踪并分析游戏内各项运营数据;
撰写活动方案,协调美术、程序、测试等相关人员完成上线流程;
跟进版本更新内容的上线流程及异常处理;
追踪活动效果,进行数据分析与优化。
公告与信息管理
撰写并发布游戏相关公告,保障更新内容与活动信息及时准确传达;
维护平台内容信息的统一性与完整性。
用户与客服管理
管理并培训客服团队,提升服务质量和玩家满意度;
负责游戏公告撰写与发布,确保版本内容信息同步;
关注玩家反馈与社区舆情,定期整理并向产品团队反馈改进意见。
商务与对接
对接游戏开发商,协助游戏上线、更新及版本支持;
协调资源,推动合作项目顺利落地。
任职要求
本科及以上学历,专业不限,3年以上游戏运营经验,至少一款商业化游戏的运营经验;
有独立策划活动经验者优先,游戏深度玩家优先;
熟悉数据分析工具(如 Excel、Looker Studio、DataFocus 等);
具备良好的文字表达能力与方案撰写能力;
热爱游戏,理解玩家心理,有责任心,抗压能力强;
有 RPG、SLG、卡牌类游戏运营经验者优先考虑。
薪资结构
£26,000-30,000 + 个人补贴
Responsibilities
Platform Operations
Manage the daily operations of the gaming platform to ensure smooth functionality and content delivery;
Assist with monitoring platform data, supporting regular reporting and analysis.
Event Planning & Execution
Monitor and analyze game data to design in-game events based on game progression and player behavior;
Draft event proposals and coordinate with art, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely launch;
Oversee version updates, including release workflows and issue handling;
Track and analyze event performance, providing optimization suggestions.
Announcements & Content Management
Draft and publish official game announcements, ensuring timely and accurate communication of updates and event information;
Maintain consistency and accuracy of platform content and information.
User & Customer Service Management
Manage and train the customer service team to improve service quality and player satisfaction;
Ensure synchronization of version content through announcements and information updates;
Monitor player feedback and community sentiment, regularly compiling reports and improvement suggestions for the product team.
Business & Partner Coordination
Collaborate with game developers to support game launches, updates, and version management;
Coordinate resources and drive the successful implementation of partnership projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in any major, with 3+ years of experience in game operations and at least one commercial game operation project;
Proven experience in independent event planning is preferred; passionate and experienced gamers are a plus;
Proficient with data analysis tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, or DataFocus;
Strong writing and documentation skills, capable of producing clear proposals and reports;
Passionate about games, with strong understanding of player psychology; highly responsible and able to perform under pressure;
Experience in RPG, SLG, or card game operations is a plus.
Compensation
£26,000-30,000 + personal allowance
