Summary
We are currently seeking a Yard Worker to join our dynamic team at Flair Window Installations. This role is essential for maintaining an organized yard and ensuring efficient operations within our manufacturing facility. As a Yard Worker, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products while upholding our family values.
Hours
Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 3.15pm, Friday 6.30am to 2.45pm - paid lunch breaks
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and safe yard environment for materials and products.
- Handle materials efficiently to ensure smooth operations within the warehouse.
- Support shipping and receiving processes by preparing orders for dispatch.
- Collaborate with team members to build and assemble products as needed.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations or yard work is preferred.
- Strong understanding of materials handling techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
