360 Degree Sports Coaching is looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and passionate Wraparound Club Leader to join our growing team. This role involves leading our high-quality breakfast and after-school clubs, helping to provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all children in our care. The successful candidate will be proactive, creative, and dedicated to supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development through play and structured activities.
15 hours per week during school term time. Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of safe, enjoyable, and stimulating activities during breakfast and after-school club sessions.
- Plan and organise age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, group challenges, and opportunities for free play.
- Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of all children in your care.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and other stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for safeguarding and behaviour management in line with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise other wraparound care staff and help support a cohesive, collaborative team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and staff.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians at drop-off and pick-up times.
- Ensure all necessary records are maintained accurately, including registers, incidents, and medical needs.
- Support children with additional needs to participate fully and positively in all activities.
- Be flexible to work during term-time hours (before and/or after school) and contribute to holiday camps if required.
Desired Candidate Will Be:
- Experienced in working with primary-aged children in a playwork, childcare, or school setting.
- Confident in planning and leading engaging, inclusive activities.
- Passionate about children’s development, wellbeing, and enjoyment.

- Calm, consistent, and skilled at managing a variety of behaviours.
- A positive communicator who builds trust with children, parents, and colleagues.

Allowances and Benefits:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
